This is a sale for a brand new genuine Honda Civic EX CRX Del Sol Si D16Y6 D16Y8 SOHC VTEC Spool Valve with oil pressure switch commonly termed VTEC solenoid from Honda Motors, Japan. This VTEC spool valve with oil pressure switch will fit the afore-mentioned D-series SOHC VTEC head. Please email us for other applications.

This VTEC spool valve makes an ideal replacement unit for spool valve and oil pressure switch which were damaged during careless handling and transportation of the engine or cylinder head. It will also make a great replacement unit when your Check Engine Light with the service connector jumped, indicates Code 21 (Spool Valve) and/or Code 22 (Oil Pressure Switch) OR, scan tool indicates DTC1259, even after checking the electrical connections are okay.

The new VTEC solenoid comes with new o-rings and filters.
