This is a sale for a brand new genuine 89-91 Honda Civic CRX Integra B16A B18A Distributor Internal Ignition Coil from Honda Motors, TEC Japan. TEC Part no. TC-07A. Buyers, please make your own checks regarding your application and email us when uncertain.

To test the ignition coil. Off the ignition switch and remove the distributor cap, rotor and dust cover. Remove the 2 screws to disconnect the black/yellow and white/blue wires from the positive and negative terminals. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals. The coil will need to be replaced if it is not within specifications.

Primary Winding Resistance (between + and - terminals) : 0.6 - 0.8 Ohms

Secondary Winding Resistance (between + & 'socket') : 13.2K - 19.8K Ohms

Specifications are at 20 degrees celsius.
