Honda Acura Civic Integra Del Sol CRV Accord Prelude Distributor Internal Ignition Coil

This is a sale for a brand new genuine Honda Acura Civic Integra Del Sol CRV Accord Prelude Distributor Internal Ignition Coil from Honda Motors, TEC Japan. TEC Part no. TC-08A. This ignition coil fits a variety of Honda & Acura OBD1 and OBD2 distributors, VTEC or non-VTEC. The applications are very wide. Known fitment are 92-00 Honda Civic including Si, SiR & Type R, 92-97 Honda Del Sol, 92-93 Acura Integra 1.7 GSR, 94-01 Honda Acura Integra LS GS RS GSR Type R, 97-01 Honda CRV, 90-02 JDM Honda Accord including CF4 SiR-T CL1 Euro R, 92-01 JDM Honda Prelude. To test the ignition coil. Off the ignition switch and remove the distributor cap, rotor and dust cover. Remove the 2 screws to disconnect the black/yellow and white/blue wires from the positive and negative terminals. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals. The coil will need to be replaced if it is not within specifications.

Primary Winding Resistance (between + and - terminals) : 0.6 - 0.8 Ohms

Secondary Winding Resistance (between + & 'spring') : 13.2K - 19.8K Ohms

Specifications are at 20 degrees celsius.
